and on about bananas but ... I paid $6.75 for two average-sized bananas yesterday as part of the weekly foraging and the fruit stall on the corner near work, it's charging $4.50 per banana!
So that's it, no more bananas for Mr Brown until the price comes down.

That redefines 'extortion' doesn't it just.
Our bananas come from an impoverished central American country. They are small and sweet tasting, a little bit wierd even, but quite likeable after the first sample. Altho, they are not like the ones from Oz. Those very expensive ones. Wow.
Yes, luxury item now, off the budget.
