... first the base is smeared with a little pesto, then finely chopped rocket (from our very own garden) is sprinkled over it. Then, wafer-thin slices of potato and torn prosciutto are added and finally a topping of fresh mozzarella.
Oh, and BTW, I get quoted in Shelterrific's five things we learned last week.
