... on Wednesdays, to make the pizza base for Wednesday night pizza. I rang him last night, as I was on my way home, and he told me that he'd used the mix-master thingy with the dough hook and what a fabo way it was to make pizza dough.
THIS MEANS HE'S BEEN KNEADING THE DOUGH BY HAND ALL THESE YEARS! That boy fair blows my mind.

I didn't know there was another way either .. until recently .. and I still haven't tried it ...
H&B - I used to do it by hand, for the exercise, but it's so fast with the machine! I love the machine.

And I'll come over all food snobbie here and say shop bought & delivery pizzas are disgusting travesties. There's 2, mebe 3 places I'll eat a pizza not home made, and they make their own dough and don't load it up with too much stuff.
