Finally got to eat the
thyme-marinated olives I made about a week ago
(I'd forgotten I'd made them having put them in the fridge for the flavours to develop. They were found by Mr Brown while foraging for a pre-dinner snack).
Yet another success from Lucullian Delights.
What went in - olives, thyme, chili, dried tomatoes, garlic & olive oil.

The finished product - a really delicious snack to have with a nice crisp dry white!
