The pretending tram I catch home each day was very late indeed this evening. When I asked about it when it finally arrived I was told there had been a "bomb threat" at the Star City Casino, one of the "tram stops". Mr Brown confirmed that when he was going home (much earlier) this afternoon there were police everywhere at the casino stop.
Hmmmm, I suspect some poor aesthete is responsible, he or she just couldn't take the unspeakable vulgarity that is the Star City Casino for even a moment longer. Poor taste can lead a person to do wild and crazy things!
UPDATE 10 May 06 - Well, I've scanned the papers this morning, nothing there. Perhaps it was a crock of poo excuse for the tram being late!
