Speaking of renovations ...

... when we finally DO get around to it, I've found the perfect 'feature' tiles. Only they are forty fucking five English Pounds each FFS!!They are Poetry Tiles by Iris Milward. A genius artist and they are so beautiful they are totally worth every penny but O my.I may possibly need to try a life of crime! All pics filched from Ms Milwald's site.

M - I guess so, though Mr Brown and I fantasised last night about a flowing sort of line of them, right round the room ... sigh.
Sue, glad you agree, it all helps my justification process :)

I'll buy you one for you next birthday if that helps...not this one coming, that is already allocated x

S, you know, if you did, that would make you my absolute favourite sister of all ;)

Get them. Just get them. They are too beautiful not to decorate your life with them. You will kick yourself for the rest of your life if you don't.

Hi -
I tried putting "forty fucking five English Pounds" into my currency converter, but I needed to do a bit of editing!
I'm with the rest of your commenters: I think they are worth every penny - er - pence!
Begin sketching, order tiles now and keep the plumber on speed dial!
;o)

P.S. Yes, it is very easy for us to spend your money, but these tiles are the very essence of you, Mr. Brown and your house and garden!

P.P.S. Ask the perfect plumber if he can recommend a good tile person...

E - indeedy.
Lee - Mr Brown says I need no encouragement for the spending of $$
As for the renos, sigh, it's too big for me :(

So, have you ordered one yet?
