I had a whole bunch of "themed" posts prepared in my head ...

... then the big computer went ape poo on me and refused to play with the interwebs. I can't post long, Tigger cries and cries.
So, news is there is no more hissing and spitting, they have snuggled (sort of) and play chaises a lot. I wouldn't say they were friends, but they aren't sworn enemies either.
Tigger sleeps like a log all night long right in the middle of the bed, then on my neck from about 6am.
Sure there was a lot of stand offsand fluffy-tail action to start with. And the tiniest little growls you ever did hear. But they share the same room and even cushion now (that photo is on the phone bah!)
I cannot get over how wee she is, the smallest kitten we've ever brought home. I can't believe I was worried we'd get no "kitten time" because she was "so old" when we were allowed to bring her home! She's actually smaller than my (nice new pink) Birkies. Unless she's showing you how very tall she can be.
And that dud toy we brought home for Ping, all the way from New York, Tigger LOVES it.
Honestly, I don't know what you lot were worried about, it's all fine!

Sounds like it is all going very well. I think older cats are basically nice to and tolerant of kittens due to some survival of the species instinct. One thing though, are you going to work? Because new kitties are so much fun you really just want to stay home and play all day. IMO

Stomper, I've taken 2 weeks "adoption leave" because I just knew I'd not be able to go to work and leave her behind!

Photos - yay!
LOVE the pic of Tigger behind Mr. Brown's legs!
Cute sandals too.
So glad things are so well for you all.

Lee, she runs to her humans when Pings gets stroppy and peeks out! We just had a hissy-fit "will not share a lap" moment and now sulkies. Sign, not quite there yet :(

There is something about cats' chins that is amazingly endearing.

Zoomie, I think it’s the fragility and perfection of form. It doesn’t hurt that the fur under there is so very soft either.

I LOVE the "tall" picture. So. Very. Much.

Cookie, she's a stretchy wee thing!

Sue, she's settled in alright, it's almost as if she's always been here.

I love kitten pictures. Keep posting, I cannot get enough. I love the tall stretchy one, too. Soooo adorable!! And Ping is being so great, they will be such an amazing, fluffy pair.
