I think) shame is a human-only emotion, developed to help us cope with living in crowded, pressured conditions. I'm not sure how, I kept getting distracted by all the bits and bobs on display.

Well, really, all flowers are like that at their core - that's what they are for - and why they are offered from men (who want that) to women (who want that, too, but are coy about it). The symbolism is apt. :-) Beautiful bouquet - he must know a really good florist.
