I hope the feeling has passed.
Kisses.

Cookie, it will, it always does, round about the end of summer.

I thrive in summer. It's the daylight. I wonder why summer gets you so down. I know you swelter in the heat.
Gentle hugs.

Cookie, we get HEAPS of daylight in our winters. Summer gets me down because I wilt and go limp in the heat and there's no escape. And I prefer to snuggle, wear layers of warm stuff and be tucked up tight in bed. All impossible in the summertime.
I do, however, love tomatoes and basil and stone fruit, I don't want to go without summer altogether!

Barbra Streisand runs the air conditioning full-blast so she can have blazes in the fireplaces year-round. Me, I just stay in bed a long time every morning. It pays to be "retired" (fired). In my particular latitude.

BS is an environmental vandal if that is the case. The very rich really aren't the same are they?
I love bed, it's my favourite place in the whole house.
