... I'm trying to stay awake until bedtime, but I may need a wee nap, or die.
We had a lovely morning with Mr Toad on Saturday. I wish we'd done such a tour on our first day, it gave a wonderful overview of what was on offer. A LOT! In case you were wondering. Blog & pics, all 443 of them, laters.Got home with this, and no, that's not all of it. To this, the queue for a taxi. Note for self, next time mother offers to pick one up from the airport say YES. Do NOT say, "no, no, it's too early and too crowded. We'll just grab a taxi". It took forever to get home and then the cats refused to know me. They ran to my mother for safety from the scary lady with the red bags.
It's better now, with many snuggles and pats. But still, much hurt feeling was had, little beasts.

Well. YOU left them. What did you expect? Pffft. ;o)
Glad you are home safely, if not yet on Australian time.
E - Yes, I guess so.
Zoomie - almost there, though I was up at an unusually early hour.
Oh cats! They have that whole "Harrumph" thing down pat! The post-vacation guilt they dispense when they turn tail and go count to not their usual 100, but more like a 1000!
So glad things are normalizing...
;o)
There was much bad feelings about bedtime too - it would appear my parents let the cats sleep with them - this was expected on our return. HA!
