Looks like roast chicken to me. My late father-in-law taught me to use lemons and lemon juice. But he always added an apple. Works well with turkey too.

Yes, it is a roasted chookie - apparently it's the sort of meal a "wife would cook"!
Cranky wooed me by making his "special" rosemary/vinegar chicken. I said yes.
