Sunday Soup ...
... Lemongrass & Cabbage. Spicy, fragrant, crunchy, totally delicious. An excellent hot weather soup. Not very photogenic though.

Lee, we had it hot-ish, since the evening was a most tolerable temperature! I slept, touched by a sheet and everything – bliss!
