... multiple, prodigious vomits from both cats this morning. Like a chain of ponds, only lumpy and warm.
I'm much better at clearing this sort of thing away than I used to be, but still. Erkypoo. *heaves*
To add to the fun of Sunday, I've just paid all the bills on-line. My leave loading and pay rise (that made my account look quite flush for a nanosecond) have all been eaten away by the holiday. Oh well, I guess that's what money is for really.

You see - the cats caught up with those tweetie birds after all ;o)
Roo: Ooh, bad!
M: My doggie knows how to throw up. When he starts heaving, I put a paper down and guide him to it. But he always pukes twice, so he goes BACK to the paper!
He's going to Harvard.
Roo, there was skink in one of the pools, no bird that I could see.
Cookie, you are lucky that is one good dog - the girls generally stick to lino or wooden floors but not always. They run away if I come at them with paper - Gawd knows what they think I'm going to do to them!
My cats always sought the comfort of the carpeting when they were feeling wonky, bless their little dark hearts...
My mom gave me one of her Persian carpets, which is quite nice, except it's now the cats' favorite vomit spot. Sigh.
I remember when we bought our first fancy very expensive rug. One of the furry monsters hurled breakfast crunchies on it, it made an orange stain that took an age to get out. Still, that was easier to clear away than when Pink knocked a whole bottle of red flying. That needed rugs, walls, curtains and furniture rescue.
And yet, they live!
We no longer have any rugs, except for a carpet runner on the stairs. That we installed because our dog couldn't get up and down the wooden treads!
Why yes we are pet lovers!
;o)

Lee, given the girls still live after all the vomit and red wine crimes and smashed vases and coffee pots, oh, and the little trick with the dingles! - why yes, clearly we are pet lovers too - All the very best people are!
The nice part about having Oriental carpets for pets to hurl on is that the stains come out of wool better and the designs hide the worst of the spots. Our plain gray wall-to-wall is stippled with cat spots. Yes, I miss the little buggers!
My dog used to do the whole hunched, I'm going to throw routine and always gave us time to move him, surround him with paper. I still miss him too, must think about getting another.
Zoomie, that's why we always hope they hurl on the dining room carpet, not the lounge!
Roo, oh do get another one, then you can post pictures of the puppy!
