Sunday Soup ...

... was chicken, vegetable and teeny wee pasta soup. Made from the leftovers from Saturday's roast chicken dinner.
Having a pressure cooker sure makes stock making easier.

A pressure cooker makes stock making easier? Who knew? Not I.
I'm getting a rather large-ish presssure canner/cooker next year... Must give this a try.

Cookie, as you know stock isn't really hard, so much as time consuming. The PC does it so quickly it will spin your head.
Just wack it all in with a bit of water, 1/2 an hour on high and bingo, stock.
