... with a "trust no one" attitude, who double checks and confirms things (and keeps loads of scribbled but legible notes). Because otherwise we'd have turned up on the doorstop for one of our planned treats (booked almost 2 weeks ago) only to be told our booking didn't exist!
It's also lucky I've got a modicum of control over my temper, because if I'd vented and raged as I had wished to I'd never have been booked back in again, at only 2 days notice.
