For and Against ...

... we at the Brown- Mouse House are quite strong in our feelings against the breast cancer, we think it's a terrible thing and should be abolished, post haste.
And so for all of October, pretty pink ribbons and sundry other pinkery will be flashed about. We are also very much in favour of the elimination of violence against women.
And so, come November 25, we will festoon ourselves with pretty white ribbons. We have very strong feelings, of the negative variety, about prostate cancer (and violence against the blokey 1/2 of the planet,) but so far I've not found anyone willing to sell me a blue ribbon.

Hmmm, is this discrimination against males?

Zoomie, some may think so, But then again, as Mr Brown so eloquently put it just the other night (while watching a doco all about that fistula hospital in Ethiopia)
“Jeebers Mouse, sometimes I just don’t understand why you women haven’t risen up and killed the lot of us”.

I'm for all of it!

So, Ms. Mouse, does this mean you'll get a mammie?

E – the prevailing wisdom round this side of the world is to start with the mammies at 45, so I’ll consider it then. With any luck developments will render it less painful, or I’ll go the expensive ultrasound thingy version.

If you can have someone else tweeze your eyebrows, you'll do just fine with a mammogram!
