Things have exploded out of the soil, we've more (free) peas than I know what to do with,
I suspect most will become green manure. The bebe potato plants are starting to come up,
the celery is doing well,
little golden shallot shoots are peeping out
and the kale, sliverbeet and tomato seedlings are finally making an appearance.
I've been a bit neglectful of the garden of late (too dark when I get home, too cold or too sick at the weekend) so I missed the snowdrops,
but caught the orchids.
There're still a few winter roses about though.
And isn't this one beautiful? I'm going to try to find that colour polish for my toes.
Oh look, I found an old-fashioned violet.

Spring is springing, how wondeful!
My favourite season.
Lovely to see these photos of spring on the first really crisp night around here - a harbinger of autumn.
;o)

Lee,
It's kind of fun to share the opposite seasons. Don't forget to post lots of lovely winter pictures as soon as I start grumbling about the summer heat :)
It's a deal!
