This is true, but scantily clad dancing cowboy just lacks something...
I'm trying to think of other names though:
-Tighty whitey music man.
-The underoo buckeroo.
-Nearly Neckid Guitar Hero
Oooh, I like the last one best.
As folks around here, from a slightly older generation, sometimes ask: "From this he makes a living?"
I rather like Urban Koda's "Underoo Buckeroo".
But I must say that if the guy didn't have a gimmick, he'd have been arrested years ago!

From what I hear, he's not a very good guitarist either, but he's been on Times Square for years.
Listening to someone from New York yesterday, it sounded like he might have a good shot at the law-suit too (It's been the big news over here)
So he could become the underoo buckaroo with the bucks!
I like underoo buckaroo myself. He's kinda cute. But is he crazy? Cos being cute is totally canceled out by being crazy.
E - I suspect he's just an exhibitionist rather than crazy.
