... only stronger, ban it is streets too, so I no longer have to have cigarette smoke drifting through my house because some bastard lights up outside!

I think any fines need to be on a scale as well, based on the stinkiness of the smoke...
Came out of Burger King last night with the kids, and the dopey kid in the car next to ours was smoking the most foul smelling ciggy I have ever smelt.
Of course my 5 year-old pipes up nice and loud with "What stinks? It smells like fire!"
heheehe, sounds like me as a kid - who am I kidding, sounds like me now!
