We have mice ...

... in the garden. Also known as Arisarum proboscideum (go to flickr for better detail). We also have Snowdrops, the promise of winter roses, new fern growth, and velvet sage, flopping over the path. And camellias, all three with blooms.
The girls hunted for skinks (only 1 lost his tail) and we were visited by a pair of magpies. What more could a girl ask of from a Saturday morning in a long thin wee garden?
