Sunday, March 18

It was a great day for pedestrians ...

... and fans of public transport. We caught a bus, (that's Mr Brown at the bus stop wondering "what we are going to do today?"), a train, walked a bit (taking photies of our feet is something we've done since our honeymoon, awww) and then caught the light rail. The train was the only crap bit and, really, it wasn't that bad, I even got a seat.
Ok, so now lots of photies, probably dull but what the hell.

The start. The middle. The end (those are wind chimes strung along the whole south end).Look at all those pedestrians, and we didn't spot a single incident of bridge walker rage. Hell, most people even smiled.
Taking over the roads. it was so quiet, quite lovely, except for when I saw a runover bebe possum, that was horrible.
And then we went home, on the uncrowded, air-conditioned light rail, walked up the hill home, had a shower (twas warm & humid, lucky it wasn't sunny too) and settled in to watch the news with G&T. Add to that, the fact mum shouted us to a nice full-cooked breakfast in Balmain this morning, it was quite a satisfactory Sunday all round.
Oh, and the thing on my arm, turns out not to be cancer, which is rather a relief.

Yes twas a very good day indeed - and the arm thing, the relief was HUGE (you know what a panic merchant I am), the night after the news I slept like a bebe.

Bus? What's a bus?
Dr J and I walked down from Lane Cove... which might explain why my feet hurt.

Of course, we didn't walk back up. We just caught the fairy to Bear HQ.

And yes, good news about the army. Phewww!

Bus? the 420 from Lilyfield, we live on the "other" side of the bridge you know.
Didn't think to catch a fairy, that would have been fun indeed!
