... No, that doesn't mean I'm a strumpet knitter. It means my stitches aren't tight enough so my "fabric" knits up a bit bigger than intended. It also means, should I ever endeavour something rather ambitious, my garments may turn out a wee bit unshapely. Hmmm, I'll have to work on tightening up those stitches.
This innocuous looking bit of knitting is the evidence that damned me as "loose".
Yes indeedy, I attended my 2nd knitting class this afternoon, finally, the first was in October! I'd tried to get into an intermediate class months ago but it was cancelled, today was the first one I could get into.
And, now I've completed it, I not only know what SL, PSSO, TBL, YBK, YTF, YFWD, YON and M1 are, I can actually knit them.

Look - holes that are supposed to be there!
Most of them are ways to make holes, increase or decrease stitches. I'm most happy because now I can knit more than just a woolly hat! I've gone and bought this to make into my next project - a sort of knitted lace for the bebe knitter.
ohhh, so pretty.
