Finally ...

... got around to watching Morgan Spurlock's Supersize Me tonight (twas on TV Sunday night, we taped it).
Hmmmmmm.
I may start walking to the station in the morning.
UPDATE: Ooooh, I did this morning, walked to the station and THEN walked from Central up Pitt St to work (rather than get the monorail). So far so good, t'was a nice cool morning. We'll see how I do come dreaded February!
