Ms Brown Mouse said...: Not carrot soup, I was making the stock standard 3 veg starter (carrots, onions, celery). It's the starter of so many things I make a vast amount and freeze it in portions - so I never have to not cook something cos there's no elery or it's gone all soft and floppy!; May 21, 2006
