I took over 80 pictures the other night ...

... of the whole tv thing. Really I did.
This is not all of them.

You may notice, in some of the pictures, that Miss Tigger is wearing a collar and bell. This has been a long-running saga that finally ended with Miss Tigger wearing the collar only, most of the time, and sans bell. Miss Tigger's teeth-pock-marked collar bell was found the other morning, on one of the cat-post platforms, and I gave up. I have been beaten by a small furry thing that weighs no more than a butterfly.

Great pics!
Did Tigger really knock the TV over with the box?
It sure looks like she did!
Glad you are enjoying it!

Lee, Tigger did indeed knock the tv over climbing into the box. Lucky for her it was the OLD tv and it did not break :)

None of my other dogs would wear collars. They dragged their necks as if I'd tied an albatross on.
Bartlett came from the Humane Society already wearing a collar; she didn't seem to even notice. Yay! (No bell, of course. That's for pussies.)

Lee, yes, else I'd have a new pair of velvety slippers!
Cookie Hahahahahahahahaha ha! Goodone!
Tigger has one of Small's old collars on today, since she's managed to undo the other one!

It's so helpful of them. I don't think Mr. Brown would have been able to set up the tv on his own. Thank goodness you had them there to help!

PS About the bell: I've read somewhere that it's not good for them to wear them because they have such fine hearing and it disturbs them and messes up being able to hear where danger is coming from. Not sure if that's true, but that may be why Tigger was so insistent?

E - it may be true, but every other cat we've ever had wore a bell and didn't mind in the slightest - it's safe for us too, we can hear if they are at our feet - makes for less tripping up!

Aha! I think I know why she doesn't want the bell: she wants to sneak up on you. Totally Tigger-ish.
