... Small loved being outside in a warm, sunny spot.
One of her favourite spots was along the side fence, under the passion fruit vines. So, that's where we buried her, between the vines, deep down, but not so deep that the sun won't reach through the earth and warm her old bones.

Sounds like the perfect spot.
I think it must be, Ping goes and sits on the lovely warm bronze.
My two are also in my garden, underneath a stone sculpture of a cat, in a warm, sunny spot where occasionally there were lizards to chase. Have I mentioned that I just love you?
You chose a beautiful location in a time of heartbreak.
May the pain ease and all the good memories remain.
Peace...
Lee
Oh, so lovely.
Zoomie, *blush* I've spotted, btw, the odd little skink skittering across the sandstone paver it sits on.
Lee, the good memories are still making me weep but I'm sure that will get better with time.
M, ta
Baby steps, dear. You took a big one today with this post.
Cookie, I did? Well, that's something then, I guess. Photos still make my eyes leak though, I wonder when that will stop.
It's not supposed to stop. I try not to look at pictures of Bean Sprout.
You will be horribly distracted by your new kitty, though. You will feel guilty for not grieving 24/7, because the new kit needs all your attention.
The world works.
And I cried again. Lovely spot for the inimitable and adorable Small.
Cookie, 'tis true, the world works, and, life goes on and that spaghetti legged little minx will indeed keep my busy.
E - sorry, but it's so nice to know that more that Mr Brown & I care - thanks.
Awww... that's lovely. Such a special spot for such special memories of a beautiful cat...
Sue, and also, to be a goul, I'm wondering how well the passionfruit will do next season.
