... pink is gone. It's green for spring now. It was Halloween last night.
Pic from Lolcats.
I resisted it for years, ranting about American cultural imperialism, commercialism, and all that. But, at the end of the day, who wants to be the grumpy old lady at the end of the street? Not me.
So, lollies were bought and popped in a pumpkin (soup tureen) and placed in the hall near the door.
Only, I didn't get home until it was too late, Mr Brown either, so our only trick or treater was the wee girlie from next door! And she shared her sweeties with us! Which was rather sweet.

Awww, that's very sweet. Well done!
She gave us musk sticks though, so sweet the teeth scream!
I LOVE to be the grumpy old lady at the end of the street.
But I love giving food away. Strange old witch, I am.
We haven't had any kiddies come by yet; it's just 5:30.
xx
Cookie, I was the grumpy young lady at the end of the street. I've decided to mellow, better for the digestion ;)
