Tonight I'm smoking chicken wings ...

... (it being a public holiday Monday and all) but I couldn't find anything appropriate to illustrate that so, instead, I bring you spaghetti!

And can I ask the internets, because I am too lazy to google it, what's the difference between canadian bacon and ordinary bacon?

Loved the video - so amazingly clever! And Canadian bacon is similar to ham, only round and about the diameter of a crumpet or English muffin, usually served in slices about 1/8" thick. Bacon is strips of fatty (usually smoked) pork belly, what I think you'd call "rashers."

Thanks Zoomie, so I'm guessing Canadian Bacon is a little like what we call gammon or ham steak. Yum.

But I always see Canadian bacon in the US - what do Canadians eat?

Canadian bacon is more like bacon from home too .. it has less fat on it and more meat. It is YUMMY with pancakes and butter and maple syrup.
mmmmmmm.
