... I may be exhausted, my eyes may be bleeding, but a mouse still has to eat. Tonight, mushrooms, smoked chicken (rolled and cut into strips so it makes cute curls) and semi hard mozzarella.

First of all, that pizza looks AMAZING! I have GOT to learn how to make pizza!
Second, I love that E got all excited about your pizza night even though she's allergic to gluten and can't eat it! That's a true fan!
