I actually like Brussels Sprouts ...

... but Mr Brown hates em - so this is for him.
It's actually quite fun, even for a Brussels Sprout lover because they look like evil mutant sprouts anyway.
And, here you go, just cos I can, 5 things about me ...
1. I like pretty things.
2. I am easily distracted - mostly.
3. I am quite easily emotionally manipulated (ads, films, books, music) - this pisses me off - no grown woman should cry over a tissue ad.
4. I can be a sulky, moody bitch. I can be irritatingly cheerful even humming happy songs to myself. The change from one to the other can be blindingly, neck-snappingly fast - I've been told.
5. I'm not frightened of the dark or of small places. Though I wouldn't like to be LOCKED in a small dark place, obviously.
I don't think I'm unusual, others may disagree.

Well I feel like I just lost 10 minutes of my life that I'll never get back!!

Seriously though, I think I like Brussell Sprouts too. The taste is OK, but I always feel like a giant who is eating whole cabbages whenever I have them.

My dad tricked us when we were little, he'd stick one on the end of a fork and tell us they were "green lollypops" - I've eaten them ever since.
(Best cooked with a little bacon & cream - but just about anything is good with bacon & cream, isn't it?)

Bleah. Brussel sprouts. Bleah. I will never understand the appeal. I would rather die of hunger. In the desert.

My Beloved is not a sprout fan so I sent him the link to your hilarious sprout mashing. I love 'em so I eat them in restaurants whenever I see 'em on the menu.

Zoomie, that's what restaurants are for ;)
