... the mild temps had us outside this afternoon, indulging in a little housekeeping. Trimmed back the vines, swept away cobwebs & dust, a little light weeding. That's the problem with houses (hice?), the maintaining of the buggers.

Still, I feel a little less shamefaced at the state of the front and consider this the first step in preparing for Spring!

Well thank you E, I still think it looks a bit tatty (you should see some of the other houses in the street) and so managed to nag Mr Brown into agreeing to a bit of a paint job and spruce up, while the plant life is sleeping! He doesn't know yet but I'm aiming for a nice new door too - with proper leadlight!
