And then did you kill it? You're in Australia right? You should have killed it! Every kind of bug and creeping creature in Australia scares me. I saw a thing on TV about ants in Australia who kill people. So I wouldn't go near your spiders!
We only have nice tame non-scary spiders at the Brown-Mouse house, so we don't kill them. Rest assured any redback spider or funnelweb spider will DIE DIE DIE should it show it's nasty face.
