Poor Ping ...
... came in this morning with a rather large chunk of fur missing. We're not entirely sure how this came about. It may have been Small finally giving her a, well-deserved, thumping. She may have scraped it off trying to jam her head into something. There's no evidence of blood nor fur to be found. We popped a little Betadine on it, which she has managed to completely remove. A pretty good trick considering the location of the wound and the taste and staining quality of Betadine. So all we can do is let her roam the house collar free and hope the fur grows back. She isn't too upset by it, well, not by the evidence of the complete killing she gave said collar.

Ouch.
Poor Ping.
Looks like a battle scar to me.
it if is she deserves it, she makes the elderly Small's live a bit tought at times - all that pinging and pouncing.
awwwww poor Princess Ping! Maybe it was the aliens? Is she ok?
Ms CAW, you're still alive, Ms Ping & I are most glad of it.
Pingu is fine, dandy even, except when we insist on looking at it, then she gets coy, or grumpy.
Awww, Pingle in a bingle is no fun at all.
Yers, I am still alive. Only just. Many apologies for my absence. Life rather took me over and then I got a cold and kind of vanished. I've had this damned cod for nearly 2 weeks and everthing I do aggravates it as I like to do outdoorsy things & it has been blisteringly cold out there. So my cod got worser and worser. So I've been confined indoorsies, except for when I HAVE to go outdoorsies. Does that make any sense at all?
Considering the state of your health, you make perfect sense.
