... Wednesday night is Pizza Night at the Brown-Mouse House - mmmmmm.
Mr Brown makes the pizza dough, I'm in charge of toppings and remembering to take it out of the oven in time!

ooo we had pizza last night too but our tastes are dull. pepperoni with cheese and some herbs ("erbs") is all. yummy tho.

the edge is spuds, very very thinly sliced (so they cook & crisp). Then on top of that goes rosemary panchetta and the cheese. When it comes out of the oven I sprinkle on rocket leaves (it's imporant to eat your greens). It's basically a pizza bianca but beefed up (well porked up really).

Spuds? Gosh. Do you only put taters arond the edge or do you put them in the middle too? And if you put them in the middle, don't they go mushy?????
This looks so divinely yummy I must say. We had home made pizza yesterday. B cooked it. He's a charm. He bakes too :)
Yep spuds - all over, very thinly sliced, they don't go mushy at all, just cook through. We use red skinned spuddies - they seem best. Me Loves Pizza night.
